My Family Doctor welcomes:
- People of all ages who are looking for personalized and high quality primary care.
- Individuals and families with high deductible insurance plans (e.g. health savings accounts) who need totally transparent pricing so that they can make informed decisions about cost of care.

Those who have no health insurance and are using urgent and emergent care facilities for primary care.* Please visit www.healthcare.gov to explore health insurance options.
Although we do not directly bill insurance companies, we provide all patients with a ‘superbill’ that can be submitted to their health insurance company for reimbursement. We cannot guarantee reimbursement and because in all cases we are out-of-network providers, patient with private insurance are encouraged to inquire about their respective plans’ policy regarding out-of-network reimbursement.
* My Family Doctor is NOT a substitute for health insurance. We strongly encourage patients to have a catastrophic insurance plan at a minimum.
