Background:
Dr. Kristin van Konynenburg and Dr. Lila Rosenthal have created My Family Doctor to provide high quality, patient-centered medical care that honors the healing power of relationship. By using technology to make information available to patients (including the ability to request appointments on-line, to receive lab or imaging results via a secured electronic network, and to request refills electronically), we can keep our overhead low, see fewer patients, and provide higher quality and more personalized care.
Our model also supports the widely-held belief that good health is best achieved by focusing on prevention and wellness. To this end, we strive to build a trusting, long-term relationship based on open communication between patient and doctor. Patients who become members of My Family Doctor can expect to spend up to an hour in initial consultation with either Dr. Kristin van Konynenburg or Dr. Lila Rosenthal. This visit will include a full physical exam, if needed, a comprehensive discussion about age-appropriate screening tests, and an in-depth conversation about your health goals and challenges.
Dr. Lila Rosenthal’s clinic days are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Dr. Kristin van Konynenburg’s clinic days are Tuesday, Wednesday morning and Friday.
